10 miles.  The miles came easier today.  I think I'm on the mend.  At least I sure hope so.  Ran downtown and then up City Creek.   I pushed the pace just a bit during the second third of the run or so, including mile 8 @ 6:38, 155 bpm.  Don't be impressed that mile was very much downhill.  Tomorrow is a rest day and hopefully I will feel more back to normal.  I shall see.

Fly,

When I first read your post I thought you said you ran 8 miles at 6:38. (Although with you that would not have surprised me.)

I am so glad to hear that you are feeling a bit better.

Enjoy your rest day tomorrow.

I hope you start feeling back to 100% very soon. Great run, by the way.

Hey I thought the same thing I needed to read it twice to get it right. I am glad you are on the mend.

One week and we will see if you new super secret training plan worked!

Fly, it's been fun seeing how well you have followed your training schedule. You seem to be primed for a great race next week. I'm glad to hear that cold is on its way out. See you next week.

From Smooth on Sat, Jan 10, 2009 at 23:45:28

Glad to hear you're getting rid of that cold. Great run there today. You have trained hard the last 9 weeks. Time to reap the reward at Painter's.
