10+ steep miles.  House, City Creek, BST, City Creek Peak, and back home.  I ran with Huans32 and had a great time.  It ended up being a great day for a run.  I'm glad it didn't snow or rain....

Garmin- 10.4 miles, 1:48 total time, 11:36 ave pace (including some sight seeing and pit stops).  Elevation gain + loss = >3,500 feet / 10 miles.   I never paused my Garmin and ended with almost 0.4 miles more than Mark even though we ran together the whole time, but who cares.

Great run again Fly. Thanks for the run. My legs were just a tiny bit sore on Sun. So those hills worked me good.:)

So are you planning on running that santa race then??

Nice run Fly...you really think I could have hung with you and Mark? I think I will take my chances on the LPT alone.

Good job, both of you.
