6 miles on JRP with 4x1/4 mile intervals:  1:20, 1:22, 1:23, 1:20 (ave 5:21).  I'm surprised this was the same as last week.  9:08 ave pace for run.

Hey those are some pretty miles you have this week so far taking advantage of this gorgeous Fall weather.

I assume the derma-dectomy went well last week! Looks like you're "recovering" very well from the friend's b'day party.

Nice run, and a beautiful day for it!

Nice pace...do you find 400 meter repeats to work as well as 800 meter or mile repeats?

Fly, you're going to wear out the JRP and they are going to charge you for re surfacing. : )

Thanks all.

Kathie, I don't know how well the 400s work compared to the 800s. I only ran them because I ran them last week and I only ran them last week because I ran them with somebody else who wanted to do 400s. Because I don't know which way is up I just pick a training plan and follow it when training for a race. Since I've no races planned I'm just running randomly for the joy of it.

Rhett, I think I'm sacrificing my soles to save the JRP.
