6 miles w/ 4 x 4min uphill intervals with 2 min recovery. interval pace ranged from 8:05 to 10:21 dependent upon grade and is thus meaningless.

Where is lower tower? I'm not overly familiar with the trails up and around downtown. I need to get out more down there.

Jun, Between N. Salt Lake and Salt Lake City are those communications towers on the ridge line just north of City Creek and above Beck Street. I ran from beside the capitol up to the saddle where you can look over into Davis County.... The lowest of those communications towers is right there as well. I am I making any sense?
