11 EZ on JRP. 11 miles. 8:55 ave pace.  Forgot my HR strap.  >95 degrees.  Ran slow.  Ankle and leg feeling much better but got a blister on one toe of the other foot, go figure.  Overall a good run though.

One stop at the library to wet my singlet and cool off.  A few whispy clouds blocked the sun a few times which made it feel cooler.  This hot weather is about to leave us.

Great miles Fly. I'm guessing the ankle is pretty good if you can log 11 trail miles on it. So did you go into the library and use the water fountain or do they have a hose outside?

I went into the men's room, took off my singlet and soaked it in the sink. I do the same thing at the county golf course. I keep waiting for someone here in the land of Zion to get up set about my "nakedness" in the restroom and complain but so for I haven't offended anyone enough to receive a complaint. tic, tic, tic... :)

So is your last sentence a statement of fact or a wish?

From fly on the Wall on Thu, Aug 06, 2009 at 16:20:20 from 168.179.215.242

My last sentence sounds kinds of weird. It is only a statement of fact. I'm sometimes not sure what others will find to be offensive behavior.

I meant the last statement in your blog about the weather not the statement in the response to Rhett...sorry I should have been more clear. (I am the last to get offended anyway)

Oh. Well that is a statement of fact also. Have you seen the forecast? It is supposed to be about 20 degrees cooler tomorrow!
