10k: 40:53 Greek Festival 10k at Sugar House park in 2010.

5miles: 32:10 Dam 2 Dam in 2009.  Master's winner.

5k: 20:00:00  19:54 in May 2010.

2008:  Ran the Slam + Boston

3 mile warm up.  5x 600m @ 5k pace w/ 90 sec recovery.  3.62 recover.

A bit tired but kept intervals on pace.  The last one was really tough though. 6:14, 6:10, 5:56, 6:04, 6:13 (no HR monitor)

I've never heard it called that before, but I have been self conscious of it. The other day I cut my run in half to to to a going away and I was worried the folks at the restaurant would think I was a cross dresser or something.
