Did you decide to run the 1/2 on the LPT tomorrow?

From Kathie on Fri, Aug 28, 2009 at 13:05:46 from 207.155.176.10

You have been putting in a lot of miles...you may need a bit of a rest to get that spring back in your step.

nice mileage, man.

How many more big milage weeks do you plan before SGM?

From fly on the Wall on Fri, Aug 28, 2009 at 17:33:33 from 166.70.192.189

Andy, Yes I just signed up. It should be quite warm and I am quite tired which could make it interesting.

Kathie, You are right. But I'm never sure when to rest more or just follow the training plan. Today's mile recovery miles should help. Then I will rest again on Sunday.

Thanks Timp.

Rhett, I will do a 3 week taper. I'm not sure if I will hit 70 this week or before the taper...

Sluggish is okay ... just stay clear of any injuries and/or pain!!

You are doing so awesome!!!

Can't wait for your race report.

You're really cranking out those miles..you've already put in over 53 miles for the week, and you're running a 1/2 marathon today. Manimal! Can't wait to hear the report (sometimes when we're tire, and expect the least, we have the best days)

"sometimes when we're tire, and expect the least, we have the best days"

And sometimes we don't. Even so, Fly on the Wall is happy as a bug in a rug.
