5miles: 32:10 Dam 2 Dam in 2009.  Master's winner.

5k: 20:00:00  19:54 in May 2010.

2008:  Ran the Slam + Boston

City Creek, late afternoon.  6 w/ 6x100 strides.  3 uphill.  3 downhill.  It felt humid. 
 
  
 
Health checkup results:  Blood Pressure low and within normal range. Blood sugar normal.  Cholesterol borderline, total = 204.  And the machine said my body fat was 2.8%.

LOL yeah I think Cal is right. 2.8% is like nothing man. You are looking very fit and trim for sure bro. What is your weight sitting at now??
