I'm feeling better again but decided to just put in some EZ miles and then try to pick it back up tomorrow (will the weather cooperate?).

I left my desk a bit late and ended up running the 1st mile at quick clip in order to catch my running mates.  It felt good.

Hey, which trail marathon are you thinking about running? Is the BST Marathon? That one sounds like a lot of fun.
