Running at 94 degree heat definitely effects the pace. That's CRAZY HOT!!! Baby that ankle and leg, please!

Way to get it done in the heat.

Heal fast.

Yikes, quit running in the middle of the day. It is so beautiful up there in the mornings this time of year. Please don't let that ankle get bad. If only I knew how long my foot would set me back, I may have backed off before Boston...Well probably not, but it sounded good in my head before I typed it.

Thanks all. I really don't mind running in the heat as long as I'm running slowly.

I'm trying to be smart, or at least not too stupid with my ankle. The sprain area no longer hurts, rather the tendons(?) in the back seem to have gotten inflamed. Perhaps because my gate was off? It is feeling better today. I'm planning 5 ez at lunch and will see how it feels.

Hope you get feeling better.

I hope you feel better too.
