Jordan River Parkway, stayed on the paved parts.

2.5 mile warm up.

5 miles at 1/2 mary pace, 6:45 (even pacing) 166bpm ave.  This was harder than it should have been.

2.5 mile cool down.

Nice run Fly!!

Harder than it should have been with that 166 bpm?? Oh yeah ... you have that freakishly unhuman super heart!! Nice job (even if you felt it was a little hard, you rule the trail)!

That was the average. It was creeping up as the miles went on.

"stayed on the paved parts", do you guys still have a lot of snow on the ground. It was 80 degrees here yesterday and is supposed to stay that way all week. I'll pay the price soon though when the temps sore well above 100.

Nice miles and pace. Good start off the week.

Very, very little snow down in the valley. I stayed on the paved parts to avoid slick or sticky mud. It's hard to maintain pace in a mud bog.
