Ran about a mile to the start of the Wasatch Steeplechase course.  Meet 2 friends, one of whom knows the route well.  Ran the course. Ran home.

Course data according to Garmin- 16.41 miles.  3:27 (including some stops).  12:37 pace.  150 bpm ave.  Mostly over my cold but I still sound like a smoker and hack when I stop running.

Monday I will start training for St. George.

Wow, that had to have been a tough run. Are you still running the race on the 13th?

I sounds like you are prepared for the race. For some reason I thought the steeplechase was Saturday and kept checking your blog for a report Then when I saw this I thought "wow that is a really crappy race report" then I realized it was just a training run.

Look like your heading towards doing more xcountry and trail running. Great job on scoping out the course.

GOOD JOB running the course. Sounds brutal. Good to hear the cold is all better. How exciting to try new running adventures! I just think you are totally so COOL! :)

Hey Mr. Gardinero, I've put my money down so I had better show up. It should be fun.
