5miles: 32:10 Dam 2 Dam in 2009.  Master's winner.

5k: 20:00:00  19:54 in May 2010.

2008:  Ran the Slam + Boston

Ran on the JRP.  Started slow but built up some steam and ran fast enough to sweat well.  The sweat part was per doctor's orders, "Take 2 tablets by mouth, work up a sweat and don't shower for 24 hours, then repeat in a week."  This is to treat the blotchy skin on my chest and back, tinea versicolor.  Sorry, more than anyone would want to know, but this treatment makes me laugh.  Just be glad you can't smell me from there.  You can't smell me can you?

No shower. No wipes. I stood in front of the fan to dry off after my run. I actually don't think it was/is too bad but I haven't asked any co-workers what they think of my stable-boy cologne. :)
