Success.  5 ez miles on smooth pavement.   My body feels out of balance from gimping around for a week but my ankle did ok.  I feel better after my run than I did before.  Now I will try to ease back into my training plan.  This was the second interuption to my training so I'm not sure about my sub 3 goal.  But heh, it feel great to be on the road again.

I totally missed your post from when you fell. I'm sorry that happened but am glad that you are back on the road.

Sometimes I think the pressures we put on ourselves and our running has the opposite effect we intended. Glad your feeling better!

Fly, you are in amazing shape. I have no doubt you can go sub 3 at SGM as long as that ankle behaves.

By the way, thanks for all the funny posts on my blog. You always make me laugh and that is helping me get through my injury.

Oh I am so happy your ankle is alright. Whatever your goal is I am sure you can reach it.
