So you decided to do it! Just remember to take it easy so you don't ruin the big race you have really prepared for.

Last year I ran a half marathon the week before a full and it didn't seem to have much of an effect on me. You will do great at the trail marathon. Every time I run the trails I think about when we ran the BST last year and what a proficient trail runner you are.

Thanks Rhett and Andy. One thing about the trail full is that my goal is really just to finish without too much hurt.

Then I say run the 1/2 like you mean it and set a new PR!

You will do awesome. The half I dont think is that bad from the charts. So you can really smoke it. I hope to get there and cheer you in so look for us. As for the trail run. It sounds like the starting of a ultra marathoner.:) Wasatch 100 here he comes.
