Looks like you're getting faster and faster and if the "ouch" is getting less and less, then you are getting fitter and fitter. Great, great, job.

Thanks Rhett. Other than the first week they are all pretty much the same. But I've been increasing my weekly training volume, so I'm happy with pretty much the same.

I'm waiting for the regression week or bad week. The one where I run slower and with more "ouch" and then have to ponder why.
