Ran up City Creek Canyon, including 6 miles of trail past the end of the road. This was a great, soul nourishing run. I really needed and appreciated this morning. I will try to remember today's run next time I have to run in the late afternoon and it is 105. Due to the dry year the trail was not as overgrown as it has been in the past. So I ran further up than ever before. It was beautiful. An intermittent light rain kept the temperature nice and cool, but not quite cold!! I even stopped to pet a Horned Lizard. | | Comments(1) |
