10k: 40:53 Greek Festival 10k at Sugar House park in 2010.

5miles: 32:10 Dam 2 Dam in 2009.  Master's winner.

5k: 20:00:00  19:54 in May 2010.

2008:  Ran the Slam + Boston

Finally a good tempo run.  Not my fastest but fast enough for 10 miles up and down canyon. My leg muscles were definitely tired.  Maybe I'm learning how to run fast (for me) on tired legs.

I'm a little confused about your numbers..are the last values in your rows your latest run and the others are previous runs? They look fast to me. Another consistently long week for you! good job.

The most recent runs are first (to the left). The rows have gotten too long and thus have started to wrap onto the next line. This messes up the colmuns. However there are 5 rows and 5 miles of uphill and 5 rows and 5 miles of downhill. The last uphill and first downhill miles only have one number because this was the first week of a full 10 miles.

But, who cares. Three weeks to St. George. You ready Marc?

Ah...if that's the order, then nice improvements!

Ready for SGM? As ready as I'm gonna be..got in two 20 milers in a record-breaking hot summer in Texas. I hope I don't freeze at the start. I have no pressure going in...I'll see what the day brings!
