Up City Creek.  7 EZ with 6 strides.  A bit tired but not too bad considering it's been a long week.  8:31, 142 bpm ave.

With a successful 20 miler tomorrow I will hit 70 miles for the week.  This log will show higher mileage but only because the calendar week starts on Sunday.  However, my running week starts on Monday.

Holy Crap! You will have run 87.25 miles this week since Sunday. No wonder your legs feel a bit tired. That is awsome Fly. You are becoming my new running Idol!!!!!!!
