1. I came down with a cold Saturday afternoon and I haven't slept well because I can't breath through my nose.

2. My legs are still a bit sore from Saturday's run.  The rest of my body is sore from breaking concrete and tearing out a floor.

3. It has been snowing all day.

Three strikes and I'm out.  I decided to take the day off and try to recover for better days.

It was the ouchy trail 21 miler. Plus there was a nasty wind, plus it's winter again. Sorry about the cold and soreness. Drink plenty of fluids, take naps, breath deep, relax and think happy thoughts. You will get better soon!

Oh, what were you doing breaking concrete and tearing out a floor. Are you into Extreme Make Over - Home Edition or somethin'? Don't break a leg! Hire the boy from next door to do it.

I'm on the mend and have run, but I'm having trouble finding time to post about it.....
