11 miles with 6x 600m intervals at 5k pace, 2 min recovery.

5.6 warm up

3 intervals on pace.

3 intervals too slow... more like 10k pace.  just couldn't make my legs go?

cool down.

What is your 5K pace these days? About 6:20? 5.6 miles is a pretty long warm up. Did you run to a track? or was this on the treadmill?

Treadmill? What's that? Track? What's that? I just use my Garmin to track the mileage and call it good enough. I was shooting for a 6:14 pace. The long warm up was kind of because I was running into the wind and waited till I turned around to do the intervals. Usually I do some into the wind and some down wind but I was kind of lazy... but it didn't help.
