Thanks all! Yellowstone was great. We were very busy having lots of fun but I only ran once! Yikes! I'm now back and determined to train smart from now til St. George. I'm going to try to jump back into my training plan. Hopefully my body can take it. If not, plan C is to switch to a 12 week training plan. I'm worried but sort of rested and ready to run.
