Half:  1:29 at Painter's/ St. George in 2009.  1:27 at Salt Lake in 2009 (aided course)

10k: 40:53 Greek Festival 10k at Sugar House park in 2010.

5miles: 32:10 Dam 2 Dam in 2009.  Master's winner.

5k: 20:00:00  19:54 in May 2010.

2008:  Ran the Slam + Boston

This year my work (DNR = Department of Natural Resources, not Dot Not Resuscitate ) held a fall 5k.  It was rainy, windy, and cool.  Not too many people showed up, not even the fast guy.  Oh well, those who did show had fun.  Again the gate out of our parking lot was closed.  Oh well, we ran over to an open gate.  

I felt great for the first 500 meters or so, then my body remembered running St. George on Saturday.... then my body remembered having a slight cold.  So it was just chug along to the finish.  No watch, no splits.

Amazing...I tried to run a few this morning, and couldn't go sub 12:00 for a mile. That's awesome!

I got a nice gym towel... Everyone there got a nice gym towel. There was talk of having our times put on the towels but nobody had a Sharpie in their running shorts.
