5miles: 32:10 Dam 2 Dam in 2009.  Master's winner.

5k: 20:00:00  19:54 in May 2010.

2008:  Ran the Slam + Boston

Not a great job on these today.  I usually run at 11 or 12, but didn't get out the door till about 3pm.  I just didn't feel that great today.  But at least I got it done and put in an honest effort.

I am impressed, I am thinking they are plenty fast!!! I did a few 1000 meters today and came nowhere near those times! Now I have you to motivate me to run them faster. THANKS!!! (And thanks for the nice comments on my blog, too!)

But I can only run that fast in races! Ask anyone I run with, I am a wimp. Something happens to me on race day. ;o)

Sure you faded a bit at the end, but you ran some great splits. Nothing to be to sad about. Looks like you're going to peak just at the right time for that upcomming marathon in ID.
