5miles: 32:10 Dam 2 Dam in 2009.  Master's winner.

5k: 20:00:00  19:54 in May 2010.

2008:  Ran the Slam + Boston

This week at work we have >750 school kids coming through for Earth Science Week.  It is exhausting and I hope I don't catch anything! 

Made it out to run at about 4pm.  ----  5 ez w/ 2 miles at pace.  6:48 & 6:47 pace felt like work but sustainable.... question is sustainable for how long???   Temp was 70° w/ ~44% humidity.  Race day should be even nicer for running (I hope).   tic, tic, tic....

With all the race day adrenalin, that pace will feel fine come race day. You will lace up your magic shoes and you will get that sub 3!
