I caught a cold and don't feel so great.  I thought I'd try a few miles and see how I felt.  I felt good enough to run 5 at a decent pace.

Dang colds! I've had four of them this winter. I saw my doctor the other day and they did some blood work. They called me today and told me my vitamin D is waayyy low. So now I need to take that along with everything else. Hopefully it'll help.

Nice run while not feeling well.

Thanks Dale. Four this season? Yuck! This is my first and I sure hope it's my last!

Yep, four colds, one after another.

I think I would have given up after the second or third cold.

Dale, If you run in the sunshine, would you still need the supplements?

Fly, get better. Nice job running even when feeling down.

Probably not.

How you feeling? :)

Thanks Rhett.

Well then Dale, run outside and increase your vitamin D. Then make an appointment with the dermatologist to have your cancerous spots removed. ;)

Teena, Blah... but maybe improving.
