23ish miles an a muddy and sloppy BST.  About 4.5 hours/ ~12:00 pace.  Mile 22 was back on pavement at a 6:58 pace, which was nice considering how slow I was on the trail.

Those are tough miles. Great fast mile back on the road too.

I can't wait to do a few trail runs this spring. There are plenty of trails around here. I might try some up at Snow Basin.

Might as well start hitting those trails soon. It will be 100+ degrees before we know it. Of course that's when Snow Basin could be nice.

I'm hoping it will be cooler up at Snow Basin. I want to become familiar with the trails up there because I'm going to start going snowshoeing up there next winter to get ready for the Kahtoola Bigfoot Snowshoe Festival.

22 muddy miles?!!! AWESOME! And that last FAST mile on pavement means you have STRONG and TOUGH legs!!!!

I think I would love to run some muddy miles, but then again it may look like a lot more fun than it really is.

Try it Kathie. You may like it.

But wait till after Boston.
