Home, City Creek, BST toward dry creek. I tried to run up and above this ugly mucky air that has settled over the valley. Dang there were some slippery sections of trail this morning! I kept sliding off the trail! :)

I was wearing screwed shoes (and I do have crampon like things). Problem was it was shin deep wet snow on top of slushy mud. There was nothing solid for the screwed shoes to grab hold of.

Sort of fun, but not comparable to Thursday. The conditions had gone way downhill since then and the company was sorely lacking on Friday.
